Overview
JDFZ intelligent non-invasive electric actuator is a new generation product developed on the basis of selecting the most advanced and latest control technology. This product integrates absolute encoder technology sensor technology, bus control technology, infrared remote control technology and liquid crystal display , magnetic control switch and other latest automatic control technology and advanced manufacturing technology as one of the intelligent products. The JDFZ series product is a device for controlling the operation of the final control element (such as a valve) in an open-loop control system, which apply to globe valve, gate valve, throttle valve, water gate valve, ball valve, butterfly valve and dampers.

Electrical connections
Check whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements on the nameplate The user must provide suitable electrical protection equipment (such as circuit breaker, air switch or fuse) to protect the electric actuator; There is an M8 grounding bolt on the outer box of the electric actuator, which is used to connect the internal and external grounding; Be sure to turn off power before removing the wiring cover. 2.1 Cable interface The sealing and interface of the cable shall comply with the international standard or be approved by the authoritative organization with certification qualification. Cable sealing shrink tubes, plugs and adapters should use certified qualified products; The connecting thread of the cable interface of the electric actuator is currently pg21x1, pg16x2. The type and size of the cable used for wiring should be suitable for the cable interface. To ensure waterproofing, tighten the cable gland (at least 5 turns) and block it with thread sealant; If the cable gland has been removed, put the removed parts at the cable port back to the original position to avoid loss; Unused cable entries should be plugged with threaded steel or copper sealing plugs.
