Features
1. The two-way double union ball valve can be used as a union and a valve at the same time. The ball valve can be closed and the union can be removed for maintenance of the back-end engineering without stopping the front-end equipment pipeline.
2. The valve body has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. There is an FPM or EPDM "O" ring at the union end. It can prevent corrosion from most chemical substances.
3. The tightness of the cushion seat can be adjusted appropriately. The pipe wall is flat and smooth, and has less friction resistance and adhesion when conveying fluids.
4. The flame retardant performance is self-extinguishing. Low thermal conductivity, about 1/200 of steel. Light weight, equivalent to 1/5 of steel pipe and 1/6 of copper pipe.
