Product Composition
Housing-Lid is made of hard aluminum alloy with anodized finish and polyester powder coating. High corrosion resistance, protection grade IP67. Optional IP68.
Motor - fully enclosed squirrel cage motor, small size, large torque, small inertia force, F-class insulation grade. Internal thermal protection switch avoids damage to the motor.
Manual structure - The handle design ensures safety, reliability, labor saving and small size. When the actuator is not powered, it can be operated by the handle. When you don't need manual operation, place the wrench in the slot on the back of the actuator.
Position Indicator - Mounted on the central axis and used to observe the position of the valve. In order to avoid deposition and facilitate observation, it is designed with convex lens.
.Limit switch: a mechanical and electronic double limit, the mechanical limit screw is adjustable, safe and reliable. The electronic limit switch is controlled by a cam mechanism. The simple adjustment mechanism can accurately and conveniently set the position without being affected by excessive handwheel.
Self-locking - Precision worm gear drives large torque, low noise (up to 50dB), and long service life. Self-locking feature prevents reversal, ensuring stability and reliability. High-efficiency lubricants have been added before leaving the factory and no longer need to be added.
Anti-removal bolts - When the cover is removed, the bolts will attach to the cover plate, all exterior bolts are made of stainless steel
