Purpose And System Composition
The unloading valve device (also called the unloading system) is mainly used for automatic unloading of raw material homogenization silos, cement silos, fly ash silos and other powdery materials.
It has the function of switching the material flow and controlling the flow of loading and unloading materials. The system is divided into two types: the bottom unloading device and the side unloading device.
The unloading device at the bottom of the silo is composed of a spiral gate at the bottom of the silo, a distribution box, a pneumatic (electric) switch valve and an electric (pneumatic) flow control valve; the unloading device at the side of the silo is composed of a one-way spiral gate, Composed of switch valve and electric (pneumatic) flow control valve. Users can choose a complete set of equipment or some of the configurations according to their needs.
The equipment should be used in conjunction with the corresponding control system.

Installation of Storage Side Unloading Device
Before installation, check whether the flange slope of the interface between the warehouse side discharge port and the unloading device spiral gate meets the requirements of the process design. When installing, install the spiral gate first. It is required that the flange between the spiral gate and the warehouse side discharge port flange be added. The gasket is connected with bolts and fixed firmly. After installation, it should be opened flexibly, and there must be no obstacles that affect the opening and closing of the spiral gate. After the switch valve is installed on the spiral gate, add a sealing gasket between the inlet of the switch valve and the discharge end flange of the spiral gate and tighten it with bolts. Check whether the switch position of the switch valve is within the effective range and whether there is any foreign matter blocking it. After confirmation, install the flow control valve, and install the flow valve according to the installation steps of the switch valve. After each valve is installed, connect the inflation pipeline and electrical circuit respectively, and prepare for debugging.
