Overview
The electric double-seat control valve is an important link in the automatic adjustment system of the production process. It consists of a linear-turn electric actuator and a double-seat valve. The electric actuator is powered by a single-phase AC 220V power supply and accepts 4~20mA or 0- 10V and other current or voltage analog signals can automatically control the opening of the valve, thereby achieving continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and liquid level. The double-seat valve seat has upper and lower valve core balls. The thrust of the fluid acting on the upper and lower valve cores is in opposite directions and similar in size. The unbalanced force is very small, the allowable pressure difference is large, and the rated flow coefficient is higher than that of the same valve core. The diameter of the single-seat valve is large, but the leakage of this valve is larger than that of the single-seat valve. It is suitable for clean medium situations where the leakage requirements are not strict and the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve is large. It is widely used in automatic control systems in industrial sectors such as electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, and food.
