INSTALLATION AND OPERATION GUIDE
Installation requirements
It can be installed horizontally or vertically, horizontal direction is recommended for valve shaft
Asbestos gaskets are installed between flanges, and bolts are tightened diagonally
Actuator maintenance space must be reserved (≥50cm)
Debugging steps
Manually confirm that the valve plate is not blocked
Power on and set the travel switch (fully open /fully closed position)
Calibrate the corresponding relationship between 4-20mA signal and opening

Select the seal type according to the medium
Metal seal: high temperature dusty gas (such as boiler flue gas)
Soft and metal composite seal: low temperature clean air (<150C)
Actuator torque calculation
Formula: Torque (N·m) = (pipeline pressure difference × valve plate area × lever arm) × safety factor (1.2-1.5) or directly provide working condition data for engineers to match

Q: Will the valve plate deform at high temperatures?
A: The valve plate adopts a reinforced rib structure design, and the thermal expansion coefficient matches the valve body, and it will not deform within 450°C.
Q: Does sulfur-containing flue gas require special materials?
A: It is recommended to use 316L valve body + nickel-based alloy sealing surface, which is resistant to sulfuric acid/hydrogen sulfide corrosion.
