In addition, the valve body adopts a split type to ensure that the valve shaft does not contact the fluid medium in the cavity. It is very convenient to replace the valve shaft, and the valve does not need to be disassembled from the pipeline.

The basic working principle of the fluorine-lined butterfly valve is similar to that of the ordinary butterfly valve, which is to adjust the medium flow by rotating the valve plate. The difference is that the valve body and valve disc of the fluorine-lined butterfly valve are lined with a layer of fluoroplastic (such as PTFE, FEP (F46) and PCTFE (F3)). This layer of fluoroplastic has extremely high chemical stability and can effectively prevent the corrosion of corrosive media such as acid, alkali, and salt to the valve, thereby greatly extending the service life of the valve.
