Introduction

SP45F digital lock balance valve is a special function with digital locking the control valve adopts DC valve body structure,which has better equal performance, the characteristic of partial specific flow can reasonably distribute the flow and effectively solve the problem of heat supply uneven cooling and heating at room temperature in (air conditioning) system at the same time, it can accurately adjust the pressure drop and flow to improve the liquid flow state in the pipe network system, achieve the purpose of liquid balance and energy saving in pipe network.

The valve is provided with opening degree indication, opening locking device and small pressure measuring valve for flow measurement, as long as install balance valves with appropriate specifications at each branch and user inlet, and lock them after one-time commissioning with special intelligent instruments to make them ideal products in the system. The SP45F balance valve can be installed on both the water supply pipe and the return pipe. Generally, we recommend to install it on the return pipe, especially for the high-temperature loop. In order to facilitate commissioning, it should be installed on the water supply pipe. The water supply (return) pipe with balance valve does not need to be equipped with globe valve.
