Working principle
The balance valve is a regulating valve with a special function of digital locking. It adopts a DC valve body structure and has better equal percentage flow characteristics. It can reasonably distribute the flow and effectively solve the room temperature problems existing in the heating (air conditioning) system. The problem of uneven heating and cooling. At the same time, it can accurately adjust the pressure drop and flow rate to improve the liquid flow state in the pipe network system, achieve the purpose of liquid balance in the pipe network and save energy. The valve is equipped with an opening indication, an opening locking device and a small pressure measuring valve for flow measurement. As long as a balance valve of appropriate specifications is installed in each branch and user entrance, and a special intelligent instrument is used for one-time debugging and locking, the valve will The total water volume of the system is controlled within a reasonable range, thereby overcoming the unreasonable phenomenon of "large flow, small temperature difference". The balance valve can be installed on either the water supply pipe or the return water pipe. It is generally installed on the return water pipe, especially for high-temperature loops. In order to facilitate debugging, it should be installed on the return water pipe. The supply pipe with a balance valve installed There is no need to install a stop valve in the (return) water pipe. Install a balance valve in the pipeline system, and adjust it to change the system pipeline characteristic resistance ratio to achieve consistency with the design requirements. After the system is debugged, there is no static hydraulic imbalance problem. If a qualified debugged system is in partial load operation, when the total flow rate decreases, each branch pipe regulated by the balance valve will automatically reduce the flow rate year-on-year, but the flow ratio set for each branch pipe will remain unchanged.
