Single acting actuator
Air is taken in at port "A", and the compressed air overcomes the spring force and pushes both ends of the piston to move, causing the actuator output shaft to rotate counterclockwise (0°-90°), and is exhausted at port "B". When the actuator is cut off, the piston moves to the middle under the action of the spring force, causing the actuator output shaft to rotate clockwise (90°-0°), and the "A" port is exhausted.
