Pneumatic control valve The pneumatic diaphragm single-seat and sleeve control valve adopts a top guide structure and is equipped with a multi-spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, S streamlined fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and easy disassembly and assembly. It is widely used to accurately control the process parameters of gas, liquid and other media to maintain pressure, flow, temperature and liquid at given values. It is especially suitable for occasions where the allowable leakage is small and the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve is not large.

Features
Using a balanced valve core, the unbalanced force is small, the allowable pressure difference is large, and the operation is stable.
The large guide surface of the spool improves oscillations caused by eddy currents and impacts and reduces damage.
The noise peak is about 10dB lower than that of ordinary single and double seat control valves.
Simple structure, easy assembly, disassembly and maintenance

Installation instructions
(1) The installation position of the pneumatic control valve must be at a certain height from the ground, and a certain space must be left above and below the valve to facilitate disassembly, assembly and repair of the valve. For regulating valves equipped with pneumatic valve positioners and handwheels, it must be easy to operate, observe and adjust.
The control valve should be installed on a horizontal pipeline, and should be perpendicular to the pipeline up and down. It should generally be supported below to ensure stability and reliability. For special occasions, when the control valve needs to be installed horizontally on a vertical pipeline, the regulating valve should also be supported (except for small-diameter regulating valves). During installation, avoid placing additional stress on the control valve.
The working environment temperature of the regulating valve should be (-30 60), and the relative humidity should not be greater than 95%
There should be straight pipe sections at the front and rear of the regulating valve, with a length of not less than 10 times the pipe diameter (10D), to avoid the short straight pipe section of the valve affecting the flow characteristics.
(5) When the caliber of the regulating valve is different from that of the process pipeline, reducer pipes should be used to connect them. When installing small diameter control valves, threaded connections can be used. The valve body direction arrow should be consistent with the direction of the fluid.
6) A bypass pipe must be set up. The purpose is to facilitate switching or manual lifting, and the regulating valve can be inspected without stopping.
(7) Foreign matter in the pipeline, such as dirt, weld beads, etc., must be thoroughly removed before installation of the regulating valve.
