Product Usage
The fluorine-lined control valve is mainly composed of two parts: a pneumatic (electric) actuator and a control valve body. The pneumatic actuator is the same as other pneumatic control valves. They receive 4-20ma and other analog signals from the controller to control the opening of the valve to achieve the purpose of adjusting parameters such as pipeline medium flow and pressure. The difference between corrosion-resistant pneumatic fluorine-lined control valves and other ordinary pneumatic control valves lies in the valve body. Some pipelines transport highly corrosive media such as sulfuric acid and sewage. Because the corrosiveness is too strong, control valves made of ordinary metal cannot be used for such media. working conditions. The inner wall and internal components of the electric fluorine-lined control valve that are in contact with the fluid are made of high-pressure injection molding technology, lined with corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant polyperfluoroethylene (F46), and sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene bellows. It solves the problem that metal valves cannot be used in highly corrosive media. Suitable for pipelines in working conditions with highly corrosive media.
Installation instructions
Before installation, check whether the product model, serial number and specifications match, and check whether the parts of the complete machine are defective or loose.
Before installation, the pipeline should be cleaned, and there should be sufficient straight pipe section at the valve inlet and be equipped with a filter. When connecting the flange between the valve body and the pipeline, attention should be paid to the coaxiality.
