Common debugging method
Front: The travel limit mechanism has been adjusted before leaving the factory, especially the quarter-turn electric actuator does not allow the cam group to be adjusted. Cam debugging method: 4 cam pieces of different colors and numbers are installed in the cam mechanism. Turn the actuator handwheel to make the valve close, adjust the screw slot No. 1 (2) (depending on the on-site usage and model), push down and turn the cam piece in the closing direction until the cam just presses the closing (opening) direction travel switch. Then turn the handwheel in the opposite direction to make the valve fully open, align the screwdriver with the No. 3 (4) adjustment screw slot, push down and turn the cam piece in the opening direction until the cam just presses the opening (closing) direction travel switch (depending on the on-site usage and model). The adjustment of the mid-distance switch is similar to that of the travel switch.
Step 2: Check whether the wiring is correct. Turn the handwheel to turn the actuator to the center position.
Step 3: Turn on the power supply and adjust the phase sequence.
Step 4: Measure the output of each contact.
Step 5: If it is ZPF-09, you need to adjust WF-01 so that the actuator output is 4-20mA.
