BND-DZ AUTOMATIC CONTROL INSTRUMENT

With the rapid development of electronic technology, new electronic and power components are constantly emerging, which has led to a great leap in the functions and performance of control systems. Traditional analog circuit electric actuators can no longer meet the needs of control systems. The novel intelligent digital electric actuators have been widely used with their rich functions, excellent performance, and excellent human-machine interface.

The mechanical design of the intelligent digital electric actuator is basically the same as that of the traditional analog electric actuator. The intelligent digital electric actuator combines the servo amplifier and the position transmitter to form a new electronic circuit, completes the input and interface technology, and adds a unique CPU fault diagnosis, identification and logical judgment. In terms of performance, the software technology is used to complete the adaptive positioning calculation, making the positioning error smaller and the control accuracy improved, making up for the shortcomings in the mechanical design. The single servo motor control adopts a zero-triggered thyristor device, the control method is simple, the on-site debugging is extremely convenient, and the reliability of the whole machine is improved. OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENT

Mechanical adjustment 1:

If the installation position, running stroke and angle change, the electric actuator angular position and stroke distance need to be readjusted. The steps are as follows: Electrical limit adjustment: Adjust the mechanical connecting rod according to the process and system requirements on site, and the fully open and fully closed positions of the valve. Then open the actuator electrical box, and mechanically fix the cam nut to adjust the lower and upper limit cams, corresponding to the open and closed positions of the connecting valve position (positive action). When the valve is fully closed, the lower limit cam touches the lower limit switch contact and the lower limit indicator light is on; when the valve is fully open, the upper limit cam touches the upper limit switch contact and the upper limit indicator light is on. The above process description is consistent with the mechanical hinge and valve switch action, and then tighten the fixing nut. Any looseness or jamming of the mechanical connection will directly affect the operation of the whole machine, so don't be careless.

Electrical debugging2:

After the mechanical position is adjusted accurately, electrical adjustment can be carried out (hint: pay attention to safe use of electricity)

Debug the "PXX" valve position display value (valve position output signal)

1. Turn the panel manual and automatic switch to the "manual" position

2. Press the positioner board setting key "SET" to "J00", then press the "▲" key, and it will display "J01"

3. Press the "SET" key, the panel displays "UXX", press the "▼" key until the lower limit light is on (closed position), and "UXX" is displayed at "U 01" or "U 02" value. If it is "00" or other values, it is necessary to adjust the actuator's position feedback potentiometer. Loosen the two fixing screws of the potentiometer and gently turn the potentiometer so that "UXX" is displayed at the "U01" value. At the same time, the fixing screws that tighten the potentiometer should not be loose.

4. Press the "SET" key and the control circuit software will automatically record the lower limit position. At the same time, the panel displays "П XX"

5. Press the "▲" key until the upper limit indicator light is on, and "ⅡXX" is displayed at 18~21 values:

6. Press the "SET" key to confirm the upper limit position, and the panel displays the "P99" value at the same time, indicating that the electric actuator displays "99" corresponding to the valve position signal 20mA current signal value when it is in the fully open position.

7. Press the "▼" key and the "P" value changes from "99" to a decreasing value. When the lower limit indicator light is on, the "P" value should be displayed as "00", and the corresponding valve position signal is a 4mA current signal value.

8. After the debugging process is completed, it means that the actuator corresponds to the 4-20mA valve position signal linear output in the closed and open positions. To be precise, the electrical valve position output signal is consistent with the mechanical position.

(I) Debugging the given display value of "OXX" (command input signal) The positioner board has adjusted the given signal before leaving the factory. The valve position signal of the electric actuator is consistent with the given signal value in the balanced state. If the corresponding error between the two exceeds the actual display value (the influence of the control room to the field line, the control room D/A precision conversion error and other comprehensive factors), the given signal can be re-calibrated. The steps are as follows:

1. Press the "SET" key to "J00" and then press the "▲" key continuously, and it will display "J11"

2. Press the "SET" key to display "工XX". The control room or signal source gives a 4mA signal, and the "LXX" value displays 1~3 values.

3. Press the "SET" key to confirm and record the 4mA position, and the value is displayed as "HXX". The control room or signal source gives another 20mA signal, and the "H" value displays 18~20 values

4. Press the "SET" key to confirm and record the 20mA position. The given value displays the number "o99", indicating that the given signal of the control room or signal source has been debugged. (II) Change the positive and negative action

The factory setting is positive action. If you need to change it to negative action, follow the steps below:

1. Press the "SET" key to display "F 00"

2. Press "▲" to change "F00" to "F01", which is negative action

3. Press the "SET" key again to restore the display of the "PXX" value, indicating that in the case of negative action, the given input 4mA displays "00" for the valve open state, and the given input 20mA displays "99" for the valve closed state.

(III) Change the signal-off protection position

When the actuator cannot receive the given signal (command signal) from the control room, it is called a signal-off, and a group of passive contacts are fed back to the control room. According to the system process requirements, the position where the actuator is to stop in the signal-off state can be preset in advance. There are 3 position options:

a. The actuator stops at the original position when the signal is off.

b. The actuator stops at any position when the signal is off.

c. The actuator stops at the preset position when the signal is off.

1. Press the "SET" key to display "F00", and press "▲" continuously to display "F22"

2. Press the "SET" key to display "b XX"

3. Press "▲" and "▼" to modify the "bXX" value. When "bXX" is "b00", it means that the electric actuator stops at the original position when the signal is broken. When "bXX" is "b01", it means that the electric actuator stops at any position when the signal is broken.

1. Press the "SET" key in the "b 01" state to display the "CXX" value, which means that the electric actuator stops at the set position when the signal is broken.

2. Press "▲" and "▼" to modify the "CXX" value. Modification range: 0~99. Any position within the range from the lower limit to the upper limit of the corresponding actuator.

3. The position of the electric actuator when the signal is broken should be handled after the basic adjustment of the electric actuator installation on site, and then make corresponding adjustments according to the user's requirements for system control to ensure the safety of the control system.

(V) Braking time adjustment

Turn the automatic/manual switch to the manual position

1. First enter the adjustment program stage. The specific method is as follows: Press the SET key until "FOO" appears on the display. Press the "▲" key continuously to display "F22", and then press the SET key to enter the adjustment program.

2. Enter the braking time adjustment stage. The specific method is as follows. When "dxx" appears on the display, it means that the braking time adjustment has been entered. At this time, the "xx" parameter can be adjusted. The corresponding relationship between the parameters and the braking time is as follows: when it is displayed as "doo", it means no braking, "do1" means the braking time is 5ms, do2 means the braking time is 10ms, do3 means the braking time is 15ms, do4 means the braking time is 20ms, do5 means the braking time is 25ms, do6 means the braking time is 30ms, do7 means the braking time is 35ms, do8 means the braking time is 40ms, and d20 means the braking time is 100ms

1.(1) Selection of braking time: After long-term actual operation on site, if the control panel is used in a single-phase motor (220VAC), the braking time "d" value is recommended to be selected according to the following values: When the shaft output torque is 250N/M, the d value should be selected from d=03, d=04, d=05; when the shaft output torque is 600N/M, the d value should be selected from d=04, d=05, d=06; when the shaft output torque is 1000N/M, the d value should be selected from d=05, d=06, d=07; when the shaft output torque is 1600N/M, the d value should be selected from d=06, d=07, d=08; when the shaft output torque is 2200N/M, the d value should be selected from Select from d=07, d=08, d=09

(VI) Change the insensitive zone (dead zone)

The insensitive zone of the actuator can be corrected by modifying the parameters. The steps are as follows: 1. First enter the adjustment program stage. The specific method is as follows: Press the SET key until "FOO" appears on the display. Press the "▲" key continuously to make "F22" appear on the display, and then press the SET key to enter the adjustment program.

2. Enter the insensitive zone setting again. The method is as follows: Press the "SET" key until "E XX"

3. Press the "▲" key to modify the "EXX" value. The setting range is 1-25, and the corresponding insensitive area is approximately: 1=32uA, 2=64uA, 3=96uA, 4=128uA, 5=160uA6=192uA, 7=224uA, 8=256uA, 9=288uA, 10=320uA11=352uA, 12=384uA, 25=800mA. After the value is determined, press the SET key to store and restore the display of PXX value.

Insensitive area number The determination of the value is closely related to the mechanical assembly processing accuracy of the whole machine. For example, the gap between the worm wheel and the worm, the gap between the fan gear and the worm, the feedback potentiometer, and the gap between the connecting gears will directly affect the insensitivity and accuracy of the overall actuator. If the parameter is set too small, it will cause the actuator to swing (i.e. oscillate) at the balance point. If the parameter is set too large, it will cause the actuator to move slowly at the balance point. In actual use, select this parameter according to the size of the shaft output torque. The recommended value is as follows: When the shaft output torque is 250N/M When the shaft output torque is 600N/M, the E value should be selected from E=03, E=04, E=05, E=06, when the shaft output torque is 1000N/M, the E value should be selected from E=05, E=06, E=07, when the shaft output torque is 1600N/M, the E value should be selected from E=06, E=07, E=08, when the shaft output torque is 2200N/M, the E value should be selected from E=07, E=08, E=09.''"
