Preparation before debugging
Since the calibration of the "zero point" and "full scale" of the controller must be carried out within the linear working range of the position sensing potentiometer, calibration within the "dead zone" of the potentiometer will cause serious consequences such as program confusion. Therefore, the following preparations must be carried out before calibration.
1. Verification of the direction of the position signal: Press the A/M key to switch to the manual state and perform a trial run; observe whether the opening change trend of the digital display (the number decreases when it is closed and the number increases when it is open) conforms to the defined direction. If they are not consistent, replace the two points of potentiometer 1 and 3 and adjust the wiring.
2. Check the wiring with the actuator: the closed dry contact and the open dry contact are normally closed contacts (that is, after the contact is switched from normally closed to normally open, it is judged that the actuator is closed or opened). If the actuator does not have an overheat protection contact output (normally closed point), please short-circuit the overheat protection contact input on the module.
