What is an intelligent electric actuator
With the development of industrial technology, more and more users are beginning to apply intelligent electric actuators. Through the analysis of the features of most manufacturers' intelligent actuators, we believe that as an intelligent electric actuator, at least the following three conditions should be met:One is that the main controller should be a microcomputer chip; the other is that it can realize non-intrusive debugging, that is, when debugging on-site. Setting, no need to open the case, no need to use mechanical devices; the third is to have certain intelligent functions, because the control principles adopted by the actuators of various manufacturers are different, and the functions achieved are not completely consistent.

The use of planetary gear transmission to measure the load torque of the actuator is the method adopted by most of the traditional actuators, which is characterized by high measurement accuracy, stability and reliability. 's intelligent electric actuator still uses this method, the difference is that the photoelectric absolute encoder is used, supplemented by the lever amplification mechanism, and the precise value of the torque is transmitted to the CPU for processing, which realizes the acquisition of high-precision torque parameters.
Photoelectric absolute encoder
The photoelectric absolute encoder is a sensor developed by for the measurement of the position and torque of the actuator. It has the characteristics of simple structure, stable performance, high acquisition accuracy and high resolution. Since it does not need any battery to save the origin or data, it greatly improves the stability of the system, reduces the failure rate and saves costs. Advanced handwheel automatic clutch system intelligent electric actuator adopts an advanced one-way transmission design in mechanical structure, which realizes automatic switching between hand wheel drive and motor drive, with high transmission efficiency and convenient use. When the motor stops, the user can directly turn the handwheel to realize the manual opening and closing of the valve. The principle of automatic clutch system design is electric priority.
Parameter setting using PDA or laptop 's
intelligent electric actuator uses a randomly configured operation panel, and through simple menu operations, the parameters of the actuator can be set. At the same time, as an option, it provides users with a dedicated handheld controller (PDA), which communicates with the actuator in infrared mode, which greatly facilitates user debugging or engineer maintenance. Of course, we also provide special infrared communication components for notebooks, and users can use their own notebooks to set the actuator. Whether it is a PDA or a notebook computer, the user can not only adjust and set the parameters of the actuator, but also display the parameters such as the torque of the actuator in the form of a chart, which can be used to analyze the working conditions of the valve or deal with mechanical failures.
