Function monitoring
The intelligent electric actuator monitors the working status of internal components at any time, such as torque sensor, position sensor, microprocessor, EEPROM memory, etc. Once a problem occurs, it can alarm in time, and maintenance personnel can find the fault according to the alarm signal. At the same time, the actuator also monitors the running status, such as overtravel, motor resistance, wrong running direction, power phase loss, motor overheating protection, etc., and will also issue an alarm signal in time.
Record torque curve
The intelligent electric actuator automatically records the latest fully open or fully closed torque curve, and can store a torque curve that the user considers as a standard for reference during maintenance. The torque curve can be uploaded to PDA, notebook computer through infrared device, or uploaded to the central control room or even the personal computer of the office through the field bus, for user analysis and reference.
Torque monitoring
The actuator can detect the torque value acting on the valve in real time. In order to protect the valve or the actuator, within an opening or closing stroke. The user can have two different torque limit values. For example, a gate valve. In a short stroke of the valve that is about to close, in order to ensure that the valve is closed tightly, a larger closing torque is required, which can be set as torque 1. In other strokes, it is only necessary to overcome the possible occurrence of the operation process. Abnormal resistance, the torque limit is relatively small, and can be set as torque 2. In some occasions with special requirements for inertia, the intelligent actuator can shield the torque limit at the moment when the valve is opened to ensure the normal opening of the valve.
