Additional signal output
The signal relay module provides 3 monostable relays. Its function can be set by program. In addition to the original four relays, the user can select the signal to be transmitted among 23 actuator states.
Fieldbus communication
The intelligent electric actuator can realize various popular field bus functions by adding different bus interfaces, such as DUPLINE DS200. PROFIBUS, MODBUS. FIELDBUSFOUNDATION, etc. All commands and information can be transmitted through the bus.
Non-intrusive debugging
All actuators have been set according to the user's ordering requirements before leaving the factory, and the user does not need to modify the parameters in principle.
The setting after the actuator is assembled with the valve After the actuator and the valve are assembled, it is often necessary to reset the valve's open and closed positions. The intelligent actuator has two setting methods. One is manual and the other is automatic. In manual mode, you can enter the program menu through the knob of the operation panel on site, and follow the steps on the menu to operate step by step (see the operation manual for details).
When automatic, the actuator will judge the state of the valve according to the magnitude of the torque. After running a back and forth, the open and closed positions of the valve will be detected, and the moment of inertia will be calculated to complete the setting in the optimal state.
Actuator parameter modification
If necessary, the parameters of the actuator can be modified, and the method is the same as above. Usually the main parameters that can be modified are, valve closing direction, torque closing valve or stroke closing valve, valve opening (or closing) priority, torque limit and so on.
Using a PDA or Laptop
The setting and parameter modification of the above-mentioned actuator can be realized by PDA or notebook computer, and the parameters that have been set can also be input into the actuator to complete the setting.
