SD Quarter travel electric actuator specifications
Remark: 1.The electric actuator required by the special technology needs to write clearly and concretely in order.
2.When A+RA300/K30HGP model is A+RS, the working torque is 1000Nm, single-phase power supply, the whole travel time is 30 seconds, and foot-plate installation with integration proportional modulatin with the local operation.

Electric actuators are classified according to control feature.
Integration modulating electric actuator.
Analog control signals can be received 4-20ma, 0-10ma, 1-5v, etc. The output Angle is proportional to the input analog signal, and the actuator itself is closed loop and realizes automatic adjustment.
Integral switch actuator.
Receiving signal switch. Including remote control type and switch type.
Linear actuators.
It can be divided into modbus, profibus, etc.
SD product features
SD series electric actuator is used in the structural design of composite structures, the generalization, standardization, seriation products in parts into consideration is more considerate, makes the product by machinery, motor, control circuit, combined to form a variety of different series and specifications, users in the use and maintenance of the greatly reduced the number of varieties of spare parts needed.
The basic base of the product reducer adopts the high strength aluminum alloy, the mechanical structure design is concise and compact, the reliability is high, the volume is small, the weight is light;Multiple connections can be installed in any position and direction.
Configuration characteristics of electric actuators.
Local native operation function. The product is equipped with a magnetic switch without an interconnecting shaft, which can be switched on and off by switch and turn on/off to the actuator.
Overtorque protection function. Actuator is equipped with a torque protection measurement, the role of the torque can be accurately measured valve, when more than set range, located within a actuator torque switch sends out the signal to the control circuit, the circuit has a memory function, will lock actuator running in the direction of the output signal, motor stalling, so as to protect the valve and actuator drive and motor. When the mechanical torque failure is eliminated, the actuator is switched off or the signal is reversed in an instant to return to normal work.
Special servo motor.
The single-phase or bi-directional motor used by the actuator has a special motor with high starting torque, low rotary inertia, small starting current, and good servo characteristics. The motor is allowed to start frequently and is allowed to start 1200 times per hour.
Thermal protection of motor.
Actuator motor fittings are equipped with thermal protection switch, the switch is connected to the control circuit, abnormal when the motor overheating, internal temperature over 130°, thermal switch automatically disconnect, at the same time, it will control power circuit of the motor, so as to protect the motor and actuator, when the motor cooling switch back on, circuit return to work.
Stroke control mechanism.
The control is based on the absolute encoder mounted on the actuator. The absolute encoder is connected to the actuator drive shaft by a set of accelerating gears, which can be automatically set up without a micro switch.
Position indicator.
The output current is the position indicator: all the specification actuators are equipped with the current conversion circuit output position feedback current to be used as a position indicator or as a comparison with the input signal. Output current 4-20mA DC. Output impedance of 750 ohm, constant current output.
Signal locking function.
All external regulation actuators with automatic detection of 4-20 ma analog signal circuit circuit function, if there is a fault signal, the actuator can stay in situ can also run to set the location of emergency.
Dynamic braking.
Dynamic braking is also my company electric actuators' standard configuration. It can prevent the motor inertia is too large for the valve overshoot caused by the dynamic brake adopts electric braking method, with accurate valve position sensor valve stroke, by control circuit to control the motor operation and accurate positioning.
Automatic phase three-phase electric actuator wiring does not need to consider phase sequence, the control circuit comes with automatic phase detection function, can protect actuator and valve because of the damage caused by the phase extension.
