Low Temperature Customization

DKJ series low-temperature valve electric device is based on the common type, the material of the main box and other stressed parts, the material of the electronic control device and the wire, the material of the rubber seal, the grease, the performance and power of the motor, etc. Corresponding measures have been taken to achieve the low-temperature performance that the product should have. According to the test methods and procedures of the imported technical documents, the low-temperature test of our company's typical machine base prototype has been carried out by an authoritative research institution, and all have achieved ideal results. It meets the requirements of the test and has the actual conditions of use.

The flange form, size, and overall dimensions of the SMC series low-temperature valve electric device are the same as those of its ordinary products (or general explosion-proof products). Please refer to the relevant samples for selection.

Applicable temperature range

Low temperature type I temperature range -25°C~-40°C

Low temperature type II temperature range -40°~-500°C

Note: The ambient temperature of the low temperature type II electrical equipment should not exceed 40°C

Inspection process

The method is to place the electrical equipment (with a test bench) in a low-temperature freezer and keep it in an ultra-low temperature environment of -55°C for a long time, and then carry out relevant performance tests to ensure normal operation and good performance.
