Working principle of frequency converter

AC frequency conversion speed regulation principle

According to the principle of the motor, the speed of the AC asynchronous motor can be expressed by the following formula: n=60f/p(1-s) where n-motor speed: p-motor pole pairs; f-power frequency; s-slip. It can be seen from the formula that the factors affecting the motor speed are: the number of magnetic pole pairs p of the motor, the slip rate s and the power frequency f. Changing the frequency of the power supply can realize motor speed regulation, that is, frequency conversion speed regulation. Realization of frequency conversion function: AC-DC-AC frequency conversion method is adopted, mainly composed of rectification and inverter circuits.

Hall sensor

Two Hall elements distributed at an electrical angle of 90° are installed outside the motor shaft, and 24 magnetic poles are installed on the motor shaft. Once the position you set is reached, the CPU outputs the switch position signal through the relay on the control relay board. When it reaches the two limit positions of fully open or fully closed, the CPU controls the frequency converter to cut off the power supply of the motor immediately, thereby realizing limit protection.

 

The data does not depend on the battery and can be stored for a long time

Due to the use of special data processing and storage, the operating data can also be stored for a long time in the case of power failure, realizing permanent data security. The built-in electric carp and supercapacitor energy storage only work when the handwheel is operated to record the change of the valve position when the power is off. On the other hand, it is used to check the current data of the actuator when the power is off.
