Split Installation

Every Surpass 5 series could be installed separately, no matter before or after delivery. Themaximum distance of split installation is 3~10 meters (need to order if excess 10-1000 meters).

The following environments have to adopt split installation:

1. High speed data exchange (reach 115Mbit/s corresponding to about 30ms/actuator)

2. Cable length is about 10Km (the length between two actuators is about 1200m)

3. About 247 devices can be attached

4. Redundancy bus topology as an alternative

Separated Installation

Attention: 1. During installation, make sure ring O has been fixed well so as to meet the required protection level.

2 The motor power line and control line should be installed separately with shielded cables. For any smart electric actuator, before or after delivery, separate installation of its control unit and mechanical part can be carried out through separate installation components. The following four conditions are suitable for separate installation:

（1）Installation environment with too high temperature

（2）Installation environment with too much oscillation

（3）Installation environment not suitable for debugging

（4）Installation environment with limited space
