Linear Turn Electric Actuator
Overview
The linear-turn electric actuator is an electric control valve formed with the control valve body, and is the executive regulating mechanism in the industrial process measurement and control system. It can be widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical water treatment, shipbuilding, papermaking, power station heating, building automation, light industry, etc.
Features
1. The actuator is designed with a servo system (no need to equip a servo amplifier separately). It only needs to connect a DC4~20mA (or DC1~5V) signal and an AC220V single-phase power supply. It can work. There are wiring terminals inside, and the wiring is extremely simple and convenient.
2. The key component of the actuator, the controller, adopts the most advanced hybrid integrated circuit, is cast with resin sealing, has a box-shaped appearance, is small in size, and has high reliability.
3. The feedback detection of the drive quantity adopts a high-performance conductive plastic potentiometer with a resolution of <0.4%.
4. With self-diagnosis function, when a fault occurs, the indicator light on the controller will immediately send out an indication signal.
5. The state selection switch can be used to set the valve core to be fully open, fully closed or self-locking when the signal is cut off.
6. The state selection switch can be used to set the forward and reverse actions.
7. The input signal can be set to DC4~20mA or DC1~5V using the state selection switch.
8. It is easy to adjust the working zero point (starting point) and stroke (end point).
9. When the power is suddenly cut off, the valve core can be self-locked. 10. The synchronous belt is used to rotate, which effectively reduces the noise.
11. The delayed protection function can be self-locked at rated load. When a fault occurs, the protection can be started immediately, and the delayed protection can be canceled by reverse operation.
