Opening indicator
The opening indicator and the stroke controller are integrated structures, which are common parts of the whole series. The input gear is driven by the ones gear of the counter. After deceleration, the indicating plate rotates with the process of opening and closing the valve to indicate the opening or closing position of the valve. The shaft of the potentiometer and the indicator plate rotate synchronously for remote opening indication, and the angle between the open position and the closed position of the indicator plate can be changed by moving the number of revolutions to adjust the gear.
Stroke controller
The stroke controller adopts the principle of decimal counter, which has high control precision. Common parts for the whole series. Its working principle is: a pair of large and small end gears in the reduction box drive the active pinion (Z=8), and then drive the stroke controller to work. After the stroke controller is adjusted according to the opening and closing position of the valve, when the controller rotates to the set position with the output shaft, the cam will rotate 90°, forcing the micro switch to act, disconnecting the power supply of the motor, and the motor stops, so as to realize the control Electric actuator stroke limit.
