Overview

The multi-turn electric valve actuator is the driving device for the valve to realize opening, closing or regulating control. Denso is suitable for gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, plunger valves, throttle valves, water gates, etc. It can be used for both rising stem valves and dark stem valves. This series of electrical equipment has the characteristics of complete functions, reliable performance, good control system, small size, light weight, and convenient use and maintenance. Remote control, centralized control and automatic control can be implemented on the valve. Widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, papermaking, sewage treatment and other industries. The performance of this product complies with the provisions of GB24923-2010-T "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Electric Valve Actuator ". The performance of the flameproof type complies with GB3836.1-2010 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2010 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 2: Flameproof Type "d"" and The provisions of GB24922-2010-T "Technical Conditions for Flameproof Electric Valve Actuators". Multi-turn electric devices are divided by protection type: outdoor type and flameproof type; by control mode: conventional type, integral type and integral modulating type; by connection type: torque type, power station type and thrust type.

Working environment and main technical parameters

3.1 Power supply:

The motor is three-phase AC, 380V (660V or 220V for special order), 50Hz (60Hz for special order); the control line is 220V, 50Hz (60Hz for special order); the remote control is 24VDC.

3.2 Working environment:

3.2.1 Ambient temperature: -20~+60℃ (special order -40~+80℃).

3.2.2 Relative humidity: ≤90% (at 25°C).

3.2.3 Protection type: the outdoor type is used in places without flammable, explosive and non-corrosive media. The explosion-proof grade of the explosion-proof product is dⅡBT4, which is suitable for factories and suitable for environments of ⅡA and ⅡB grades T1~T4 Set of explosive gas mixtures. Adjustment

After the electric device is assembled with the valve, the torque control mechanism, stroke control mechanism and opening indicator mechanism must be adjusted separately before it can be used; the torque control mechanism, stroke control mechanism and opening indicator mechanism of the Z-type electric device are the same, so the adjustment The method is the same. Note: Before adjustment, it is necessary to check whether the potentiometer on the opening indicator has been disengaged (just loosen the set screw of the gear on the potentiometer shaft) to prevent damage; manually put the valve in the middle position, and check the control circuit Check the rotation direction of the motor after checking whether it is correct to prevent the motor from getting out of control! Adjustment of torque control mechanism The torque has been adjusted according to the requirements before leaving the factory, and generally no further adjustment is required. If you need to change the setting value, you can rotate the adjustment shaft to the corresponding scale. First adjust the closing direction, then adjust the opening direction. Note: The adjustment shaft of the ordinary type and outdoor type torque control mechanism can only be rotated after being pressed down! Adjustment of stroke control mechanism Note: adjust the closing direction first, and then adjust the opening direction

Adjustment of the fully closed position

1) Close the valve manually;

2) Use a screwdriver to press down the ejector rod and rotate it 90° to lock it, so that the intermediate transmission pinion and the single gear of the stroke control mechanism are completely disengaged;

3) Rotate the closing adjustment shaft according to the closing arrow until the closing cam moves;

4) Turn back the ejector pin to its original position.

Installation, Disassembly and Precautions

◆There are no principle requirements for the installation form of this electric device, but the motor is in a horizontal state, and the electrical box cover is in a horizontal or vertical upward state, which is the recommended installation form, which is conducive to lubrication, debugging, maintenance and manual operation;

◆When installing, the space required for maintenance and inspection personnel to disassemble each component should be guaranteed;

◆The axial gap between the teeth that are installed and connected to the valve shall not be less than 1~2mm;

◆The bolts connected with the valve shall not be lower than grade 8.8;

◆When used for rising stem valves, check whether the extension of the valve stem is consistent with the length of the stem sheath;

◆When it needs to be disassembled, the manual hand wheel should be rotated several times first, and the valve should be slightly opened;

◆During installation, disassembly and commissioning, do not damage the sealing surface, seals and the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof electrical equipment, and the explosion-proof surface should be coated with anti-rust oil, and the electrical cover should be tightly closed to prevent rain or moisture from entering ;

◆The window must not collide with hard objects;

◆The electric device is a short-time working system, and the continuous working time shall not exceed the time marked on the nameplate;

◆When the valve is infrequently used, it should be inspected, maintained and operated regularly. It is recommended to wire at least once a month and the running time should not exceed 10 minutes.
