If there is a problem, the operator should analyze the problem in time and take corrective measures to realize the stable operation of the electric actuator control system and ensure that the work is not affected. . Therefore, the failure analysis and search work of the electric valve actuator device cannot be ignored.
Many times what we encounter is that the control accuracy of the electric actuator mechanism is inaccurate or the error is too large. At this time, we must first analyze whether there is a problem with the input signal, and use an ammeter to directly measure the accuracy of the input signal. If it is true that the input signal is inaccurate and needs to be corrected, you can also directly replace the corresponding I/O module. Then check whether the feedback at the fully open and fully closed positions of the electric valve actuator is normal, and measure whether the feedback output is 100% and 0%. For actuator feedback signal correction, the adjustment methods of various brands are different, please refer to the product manual of the corresponding manufacturer. Also note that there is a close relationship between the dead zone of the electric actuator mechanism and the accuracy. It is necessary to analyze whether it may be caused by the dead zone being set too large. If the above methods can not eliminate the fault, you need to reset the stroke to solve it.
