1) Linear flow characteristics refer to the linear relationship between the relative flow rate of the valve and the relative opening, that is, the flow change caused by a unit opening change is constant.
2) Equal percentage (logarithmic) flow characteristics means that the change in relative flow caused by a unit opening change is proportional to the relative flow at that point, and it increases with the increase in relative flow.
3》Parabolic characteristic means that the relative flow change caused by the change of unit relative opening is proportional to the square root of the relative flow value at this point.
4) The quick-opening flow characteristic means that when the opening is small, there is a large flow. As the opening increases, the flow quickly reaches the maximum. After that, when the opening is increased, the flow changes very little, so it is called the quick-opening characteristic.
