This is one of the more common failures of electric actuators. Find the source of the vibration. If it is caused by external vibration, just move the regulating valve away from the place of vibration. If the vibration is caused by internal reasons, what we have to do is to minimize the resistance of the regulating valve. If the regulating capacity of the regulating valve permits, we can add a bypass pipeline. This can reduce the vibration caused by the flow of the medium.
