Electric actuator with local control box

The electric actuator on-site control box is used for remote control or operation of electric valves. The control box adopts double button operation to control two AC contactors to rotate the motor forward and reverse to realize the opening or closing of the electric valve. When an open or close command is issued on the DCS or the valve control box, the valve motor will be charged with electricity, and the power supply of the electric valve will be automatically cut off when the open or closed state signal is sent. The control box is set with red light, green light and yellow light. The red light is the open indicator, the green light is the closed indicator, and the yellow light represents the valve failure (torque switch action or thermocouple action). The control box is set with a switch for remote (DCS) Switching with local control, another control button is provided as a local stop operation button.
