1. It is a non-explosion-proof product and should be installed away from dangerous gas environments.

2. It can be installed indoors or outdoors, but it should be protected from rain and other liquids, splashes and direct sunlight.

3. Before installing the electric actuator, clean the pipeline, and install a filter and a discharge valve on the inlet side of the valve to remove impurities such as grit and rust.

4. Preference is given to vertical installations. It can also be installed at any angle, but it should be ensured that the position of the cable interface is higher than the direction of the cable or wire tube to prevent water from flowing into the actuator along the cable or wire tube.

5. The connection between the valve body flange and the pipeline should adhere to the natural coaxiality to prevent shear stress, and the connecting bolts should be evenly locked.

6. Space should be reserved for installation, wiring, manual operation and assembly maintenance.

7. Bypass pipelines are required to be added in important fields to switch to manual operation in case of failure or maintenance.

8. Part of the valve body needs to be insulated like the pipeline, especially when it is used in high temperature media, it should be strengthened. Otherwise, the normal operation of the electric actuator will be affected due to the high ambient temperature. Electric actuator mechanisms cannot be insulated.

9. The electric actuator mechanism must not be immersed in water, and the wiring must comply with the on-site construction specifications.

10. Before powering on, please pay attention to check the power supply voltage required by the electric actuator to avoid damage to the motor. During maintenance, the power must be turned off.
