▶ Weekly Maintenance
Clean the actuator housing and surrounding area, removing dust, oil, and water.
Check for loose connecting bolts and connecting rod pins; tighten if necessary.
Test the manual operation function to ensure the handwheel rotates smoothly and the clutch mechanism functions properly.
▶ Monthly Maintenance
Check if the motor operating current is within the rated range and for any overload.
Check the lubrication level at lubrication points and replenish if necessary.
Test the sensitivity of limit switches and torque protection devices to ensure reliable operation.
Check cable joints and terminals for oxidation and looseness; grind and tighten if necessary.
▶ Quarterly Maintenance
Perform thorough lubrication of key components such as the gearbox and bearings; replace the lubricating oil completely if it deteriorates.
Disassemble and inspect the internal transmission mechanism of the actuator, removing wear debris from gears and racks, checking for deformed or severely worn parts, and replacing damaged parts promptly.
Calibrate the position feedback sensor and travel limit switch to ensure measurement accuracy.
Perform insulation testing on the motor to prevent malfunctions caused by insulation aging.
▶ Annual Maintenance
Completely disassemble the actuator, inspect all components for wear and corrosion, and replace worn seals, bearings, gears, and other vulnerable parts;
Perform comprehensive maintenance on the motor, cleaning internal dust and checking winding insulation;
Recalibrate the actuator's adjustment accuracy, response speed, and other performance parameters to ensure they meet production requirements;
Record equipment operating data, maintenance details, and information on replaced parts, and establish a complete maintenance file.
