The latest non-intrusive design
● The electric actuator adopts a non-intrusive design. During on-site debugging, all parameters are set through an infrared setter without removing the electrical box cover, thereby avoiding the circuit board in the electrical box from being contaminated by the on-site environment, ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the electronic components. The control abandons the traditional knob-through-axis design and adopts Hall magnetic induction technology, making the product more reliable and durable.
● The electric actuator is designed with a double-sealed waterproof shell, and all sealing standards are IP68 (9 meters underwater, 72 hours). The most basic explosion-proof level of FRYQ is ExdIIBT4, and the highest can reach ExdI
ICT4.
Precise valve position measurement
● The electric actuator uses an advanced Hall incremental encoder to measure the valve position. The encoder adopts a non-contact design, which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional measuring potentiometer, which is easy to wear and has a short life. The reliability and service life of the actuator are greatly improved.
● The electric actuator can also be equipped with an advanced photoelectric absolute encoder, which overcomes the shortcomings of the Hall incremental encoder that requires a backup battery to record the valve position when the power is off. Instead, a photoelectric encoder disk is used to record the valve position, without the need for a backup battery. The valve position can still be accurately recorded when the power is off, making the actuator easier to maintain and more reliable.
Accurate torque measurement
●The torque measurement of electric actuators uses the reaction force of the motor worm thrust and converts it into an electrical signal proportional to the output torque. This device solves the problem that the torque calculated by parameters (power frequency, current, voltage, etc.) will be offset due to changes in electrical parameters.
