1. Put the electric valve into the tooling mold;

2. Set the detection parameters such as detection pressure (the detection pressure is 200kpa), inflation time, stabilization time, detection time, upper and lower limits of leakage rate, etc. On the air tightness tester;

3. Start the air tightness tester, use the tooling and mold to automatically seal the product, and inflate, stabilize and test the product;

4. After the test, the instrument will automatically calculate the leakage rate of the tested product and compare it with the set standard leakage rate to judge whether the tested product is qualified. The air tightness tester for qualified products will turn on the green light and display PASS on the screen, and the unqualified products will turn on the red light and display FAIL on the screen.
