Corresponding tests should be done before the electric actuator is put into operation. First, after switching between manual and electric, drive the valve with the handwheel to check whether the switching is sensitive and reliable. Check whether the electric valve stroke opening action and indication are correct. If the handwheel cannot be turned, the valve actuator needs to be removed and repaired. If the manual operation is normal and there is no interference, but the electric valve mechanism does not move, check whether the electric actuator joint connection is reliable. If the valve can be driven by a hand wheel, check the electrical part again. First check the action of the actuator control mechanism, and then check whether the main power supply and control power supply, relays, fuses, and all indicator lights and switches of the electric actuator are normal. Check to determine whether to replace the relevant parts. If there is no problem with the electrical components, then check the motor and other parts, which can be solved by replacing the relevant components.
