1. Manual device
The direct-driven or gear-driven handwheel is designed for efficient manual operation of the valve. The handwheel drive is completely independent of the motor drive and is switched by a lockable manual/automatic switching lever. It can be operated safely even when the motor is running.
2. Environmental sealing protection, protection level IP68, double-sealed structure terminal board, ensure that the actuator is completely sealed and protected from environmental corrosion.
3. Display screen
The advanced display screen has an extremely wide viewing angle, which is more convenient for observation at a distance. The double-layer structure of the screen enables detailed graphical information to be displayed.
4. Local control
The Open/Close and Local/Stop/Remote knobs are magnetically coupled to the solid-state switch in the end cover, combined with the double-sealed structure, further enhancing the non-intrusive protection performance of the actuator.
5. Battery
The battery can provide power for the display screen, remote indication and configuration settings when there is no main power supply.
6. Valve position control
The absolute encoder can provide rugged, reliable and high-precision valve position measurement under any circumstances, including the loss of main power.
7. Torque sensor
Advanced pressure-sensitive torque sensor provides reliable torque measurement over a wide temperature range.
8. Transmission mechanism
Simple, reliable and strong, all parts are oil-bathed and can be used in any installation direction.
9. Separable base
All actuator specifications, thrust or non-thrust bases can be separated from the center housing, providing great convenience for installation.
10. Bluetooth setter
The Bluetooth setter can be used for debugging and data download.
