The wafer connection is a connection method that directly clamps the valve and the two ends of the pipe together through bolts, so that the entire system can be closely combined to achieve effective control and operation. The wafer connection method has the characteristics of simple structure and easy installation.

Flange connection is the most commonly used connection form in valves. Flange connection can be divided into many types according to the shape of the joint surface, such as smooth type, concave-convex type, tongue-and-groove type, trapezoidal groove type, lens type and O-ring type, etc., which are suitable for valves under different pressure and temperature conditions. Flange connection has the advantages of easy installation and disassembly and reliable sealing.

The welding connection between the electric actuator and the electric valve is a method of tightly connecting the two together by welding. This connection method is usually suitable for equipment that needs to be used stably for a long time, such as chemical, papermaking, power and other equipment fields. The welding connection has the advantages of good connection tightness, high reliability, relatively long service life, and generally no water leakage.

Threaded connections are divided into direct sealing and indirect sealing. Direct sealing is when the internal and external threads directly seal, while indirect sealing is when the force of tightening the threads is transmitted to the gasket between the two planes, allowing the gasket to seal. Threaded connections have a simple structure, light weight, and are easy to install, disassemble, repair, and replace.

The clamp connection between the electric valve and the actuator is a quick-disassembly valve connection method, suitable for low-pressure valves that are frequently disassembled, especially in industries with extremely high hygiene requirements such as food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
