 1. Threaded connection

Threaded connection is the connection between the two ends of the valve, which are processed into internal or external threads, and the pipeline. Usually, ball valves below 4 inches and globe valves, gate valves and check valves below 2 inches are mostly threaded. The threaded connection structure is relatively simple, light in weight, and convenient to install, disassemble, repair and replace.

2. Flange connection

Flange connection is the best and most common connection method in valves. It is very convenient to install and disassemble, and the flange connection is reliable in sealing. It is more common in high-pressure and large-diameter valves. However, the flange end is heavy and the cost is relatively high.

3. Welding connection

Welding connection usually has two structural forms: socket welding and butt welding. Generally speaking, socket welding is used for low-pressure valves. The welding structure of socket welding valves is simple to process, and welding installation is also convenient; butt welding connection is used for high-pressure valves, the cost is higher, butt welding needs to be grooved according to pipeline standards, and the processing is more difficult.

4. Clamp connection

Clamp connection has a light structure and low cost, and is often used in sanitary pipelines and devices. Sanitary pipes need to be cleaned, and it is strictly forbidden to have residues that produce bacteria. Clamp connection is the most common connection method for sanitary pipes.
