1. This series of electric actuators adopts a combined structure in mechanical design, and the product components are universal, standardized, and serialized, so that the product can form a variety of series and specifications through the combination of mechanical, motor, microelectronic control circuit, and different functions. The forward travel, reverse travel, and braking time can be independently set according to different torque outputs, overcoming the defects of mechanical friction braking.
11. The three-phase electric actuator has the function of automatic phase sequence correction and phase loss detection, so that the actuator always keeps the correct rotation direction. When a phase loss occurs, it will automatically alarm, the forward and reverse indicator lights of the power module will flash at the same time, and the motor will stop working. The alarm signal will be output to the control room to prompt the operator to take early treatment measures, and it will run normally after recovery. The random number setting range is 0-20, the minimum value is 0, the initial value is 1 without braking, and the final value is 800ms. It can be intuitively set according to the torque output of different shafts.
