There are two types of electric butterfly valve's main unit, namely, without thrust disc and equipped with thrust disc. The main difference between the two is that one can directly output torque, and the other cannot directly output torque, which requires some medium to transform.
The electric butterfly valve device is elegant, but after the standard is generally determined, the control torque must be determined accordingly. In the production process, the motor cannot be used under load, and this situation is not allowed to occur. If such a phenomenon occurs, we need to find out the reasons. Generally, the following reasons cause the load:
①The voltage of the power supply is too low, so that the motor cannot obtain the required torque. In this case, the motor will be in a load state and will stop running;
②The previously set torque is now greater than the suspended torque, so that excessive torque is continuously produced during production, and the motor is forced to stop running.
