1. The electric actuator mechanism must not be immersed in water, and the wiring must comply with on-site construction specifications.
2. The temperature of the pipeline medium is as high as 480℃ or more;
3. The environment in humid tropical and dry tropical regions;
4. The ambient temperature is lower than -20℃;
5. It has a flammable, explosive gas or dust environment; the electric actuator is a non-explosion-proof product, so please avoid dangerous gas environment when installing.
6. Indoor installations or outdoor applications with protective methods;
7. Occasions with severe vibration; occasions prone to fire;
8. Outdoor open-air installations are corroded by wind, sand, rain, sun, etc.; electric actuators can be installed indoors or outdoors, but rain and other liquids, splashes and direct sunlight should be avoided.
9. The environment on the ship or the dock (with salt spray, mold, and humidity);
10. An environment with radioactive materials (nuclear power plants and radioactive material test devices);
11. The valve body needs to be heat-insulated the same as the pipeline, especially when it is used in high-temperature media, it should be strengthened. Otherwise, because the ambient temperature is too high, it will affect the normal operation of the electric actuator. The electric actuator mechanism cannot be kept warm.
Before powering on the electric actuator, please pay attention to check the power supply voltage required by the electric actuator to avoid damage to the motor. During maintenance, the power must be turned off.
