3. Double-sealed structure: when the installation and debugging junction box is opened, the inside of the electric actuator is still well sealed and protected, and the waterproof design makes the protection level of the electric actuator reach IP68;
4. Torque protection: The protection torque can be set arbitrarily within the range of 40% ~ 100% of the rated torque, and the set protection values of the opening direction and the closing direction can be different to protect the valve and electric actuator;
5. Valve position limit protection: when this function is allowed, the electric actuator will automatically stop running when it reaches the set valve position limit;
6. Power supply phase loss protection: real-time detection of power supply phase loss under dynamic conditions during operation to prevent the motor from running without phase loss;
7. Motor overheating protection: There are two thermal relays in the motor coil, which automatically cut off the power supply when the motor is overheated;
8. Power-off protection: The electric actuator has a built-in display of the backup battery. Once the main power supply is powered off, the backup battery will start to work immediately to protect the user from being able to see the LCD of the actuator when performing manual operations after the power-off. Various status displays, the user can also set the actuator without turning on the power;
9. Electrical protection: the input and output channels are all optically isolated;
10. Phase sequence automatic adjustment Automatically detects the phase sequence of the connected three-phase power supply, and automatically adjusts the phase sequence through logic operation, without the need for users to consider the access phase sequence of the three-phase power supply;
11. Digital display of valve position: During the opening or closing process of the electric actuator, the change of valve position is displayed in real time in the form of digital percentage on the LCD screen;
12. Handwheel operation: The drive handwheel can provide reliable emergency manual operation in the event of power failure. Since the design adopts electric operation as the priority, it automatically switches to the electric operation state when the power is turned on;
