The Z73X-10Q ductile iron slurry valve product has many advantages such as simple structure, small size, light weight, small flow resistance, medium is not easy to settle in the valve body, and easy installation. Electrical control: travel switch control, position display instrument control, realizing a multi-functional system such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and instrument integration. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in pipelines. Slurry valves are divided into wafer type and integral type. The wafer type valve body seal adopts "U" type and "T" type composite structure configured with composite materials. The integral valve body seal adopts an "O" type composite sealing ring structure, which overcomes the shortcomings of the original "U" type sealing gasket used in the wafer-type slurry valve, which is easy to shift and deform after being stressed, and the medium leaks out. The gate adopts a knife-shaped structure, which solves the problems of mortar settling in the sealing tank, lax valve closing, and external leakage. The driving device is divided into two types: manual operation and electro-hydraulic operation. Manual device: simple to operate, suitable for valves with small torque. Electro-hydraulic device: suitable for valve devices with large torque, adjustable force and speed, and can be locked at any position. Instructions for use

1. Before installing the knife gate valve, the valve cavity and sealing surface must be inspected. No dirt or sand is allowed to adhere;

2. The bolts at each connection part must be tightened evenly;

3. Check that the packing part is pressed tightly to ensure the sealing of the packing and the flexible opening of the gate;

4. Before installing the valve, the user must check the valve model, connection size and pay attention to the medium flow direction to ensure consistency with the valve requirements;

5. When installing the valve, the user must reserve the necessary space for the valve drive;

6. The wiring of the driving device must be carried out according to the circuit diagram;

7. The knife gate valve must be maintained regularly and must not be collided or squeezed at will to avoid affecting the seal.

maintenance

1. The handwheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.

2. The knife gate valve should be installed vertically (that is, the valve stem is in a vertical position and the handwheel is at the top).

3. The gate valve with a bypass valve should open the bypass valve before opening (to balance the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and reduce the opening force).

4. Gate valves with transmission mechanisms should be installed according to the product instruction manual.

5. If the valve is frequently used on and off, lubricate it at least once a month.
