Overview
DMZ73X/H/F manual non rising stem knife gate valve, also known as gas knife gate valve, the valve body has a flat plate structure and is connected to the pipe by clamps. The gate uses a single gate, one side is sealed with the valve body seat, and the back side is sealed with the valve seat. There is wedge-shaped contact between the other sides of the valve body, and the sealing surface is opposite to the flow direction of the medium. The wedge-shaped contact structure is provided with wedge-shaped pressing blocks on the back side of the sealing surface, and an adjusting jack wire is arranged at the corresponding pressing block on the other side of the valve body. DMZ73X manual non rising stem knife gate valve has a short valve body structure, light weight, the valve seat sealing surface can be protected from media erosion, the sealing surface is evenly pressured, and the fit is tight. During the closing process, the dust on the valve seat sealing surface can be removed. It has the advantages of scraping away particles, tar, etc., convenient sewage discharge, and preventing media leakage. Suitable for use in gas pipelines containing dust or tar.

1. The handwheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.
2. The knife gate valve should be installed vertically (that is, the valve stem is in a vertical position and the handwheel is at the top).
3. The gate valve with a bypass valve should open the bypass valve before opening (to balance the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and reduce the opening force).
4. Gate valves with transmission mechanisms should be installed according to the product instruction manual.
5. If the valve is frequently used on and off, lubricate it at least once a month.
