Overview
High-pressure flat gate valve with diversion hole is a valve device suitable for opening, closing and regulating the flow of control media in water, oil, mud and natural gas pipelines with working pressure ≤ 42MPa and working temperature ≤ 120°C. Flat gate valve has reasonable structure, reliable sealing and easy operation. The sealing surface is spray-welded with carbide, which has the advantages of anti-corrosion, wear resistance, erosion resistance, etc., and can be used for throttling. It is especially suitable for use as opening, closing and regulating devices to control the flow of media in water, oil, mud and natural gas pipelines with working pressure ≤ 42MPa and working temperature ≤ 120°C.

Installation instructions
1: The automatic water replenishing valve can be installed horizontally or vertically, but cannot be inverted, that is, the plastic knob cannot be on the upper part.
2: Watch the outlet pressure gauge and adjust the hexagonal copper nut on the top until the required operating system pressure is reached.
3: It is recommended that the pressure of the automatic water replenishment valve be set 0.3 kg higher than the static pressure, but the set value needs to be lower than the water replenishment pressure, otherwise the water replenishment will not be normal.
4: The automatic water filling valve automatically fills water to the set pressure, and the water filling time is longer.
5: If you need to interrupt the automatic water replenishment, you can manually close the stop valve on the automatic water replenishment valve.
6: If the valve core is dirty, you can replace or clean the valve core.
Preparation specifications
The design and manufacturing of valves are in accordance with JB/T5298-91 and API6D.
The structural length of the valve is in accordance with GB12221-89, JB/T5298 and API 6D.
Flange connection dimensions are in accordance with JB79, HGJ46, SH3406 and ANSI B16.5.
The welding groove size shall be in accordance with GB12224, ANSI B16.25 and user requirements.
The inspection and testing of valves are in accordance with the regulations of GB/T13927 and API598

Characteristics
1. The sealing structure of the valve seat should be elastic and pre-tightened, with the upstream and downstream sealing seats sealed at the same time. There is always a face-to-face seal between the valve seat and the seal.
2. The valve seat has a self-cleaning function and is not directly washed by air flow during the opening or closing process of the valve. The valve seat should be made of lubricated, non-abrasive material.
3. Failure of the valve actuator will not affect other parts of the valve, and repair and replacement work can be performed without dismantling the valve.
(1) Yoke Bushing – Aluminum bronze yoke bushing equipped with needle thrust bearings to minimize operating torque.
(2) Stem – threaded length to bracket; pinned and spot welded; for stability.
(3) Pressure Seal – Simple construction with segmented retaining ring and silver-plated mild steel gasket to facilitate disassembly and achieve the best bonnet seal. (4) Seat Ring – The welded seat ring is perpendicular to the flow path for easy maintenance.
(5) Actuator – These valves can be equipped with electric, hydraulic or pneumatic actuators. Below DN300, it is equipped with a standard manual handwheel, and above DN350, it is equipped with a helical gear operating mechanism.
(6) Yoke – Fully assembled yoke passes seismic testing and is easy to maintain and install the actuator.
(7) Gland – Two-piece, self-adjusting gland to prevent ejection.
(8) Integral rear seat – hard surface for longest life.
(9) Disc – The spring-loaded disc is self-adjusting, reducing torque requirements on the actuator.
(10) Integral stop – The integral cast bracket stop device positions the assembled bracket valve disc, making the valve seat more stable and reliable.
