Introduction
The slurry valve has further updated the valve body structure, sealing form, driving device, and electrical control based on the absorption and digestion of advanced valve body technology at home and abroad. The product has many advantages such as simple structure, small volume, light weight, low flow resistance, less media settling in the valve body, and convenient installation. It also has manual and electro-hydraulic operation functions. Electrical control: stroke switch control, position display instrument control, achieving a multifunctional system integrating mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and instrumentation. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in pipelines.
Structure and features
a. Valve body structure and sealing method Our company's newly developed slurry valve is divided into wafer type and integral type. The wafer type valve body seal adopts a composite material configuration of "U" and "T" composite structures. The integral valve body seal adopts an "O" - shaped composite sealing ring structure, which overcomes the disadvantages of the original wafer type slurry valve using a "U" - shaped sealing gasket that is prone to displacement and deformation under force, as well as medium leakage. The gate adopts a knife shaped structure, which solves problems such as inadequate valve closure and external leakage in the mortar sedimentation sealing groove.
b. There are two types of driving devices: manual operation and electro-hydraulic operation Manual device: Easy to operate, suitable for valves with small torque. Electrohydraulic device: suitable for valve devices with large torque, adjustable force and speed, and can be freely locked. Applicable media: Mining, steel industry - used for coal slurry, filter residue slurry, etc. Purification device - used for wastewater, mud, dirt, and clarified water with suspended solids. Paper industry - used for pulp and feed water mixtures of any concentration. Sugar industry - used for sugar beet washing, syrup, juice extraction, fruit juice, etc. Food industry - used for washing and rinsing equipment, grain conveying equipment, malt pulp, etc. Power plant ash removal - used for ash slurry.
