WORKING PRINCIPLE
The working principle of the manual gobe valve is based on the movement of the valve disc on the valve seat. The valve disc moves linearly along the center line of the valve seat, and the cross-sectional area of the flow channel is adjusted by changing the distance between the valve disc and the valve seat, thereby achieving precise control and complete cutoff of the flow. During the closing process, the valve disc fits tightly against the valve seat under the pressure exerted by the valve stem, ensuring reliable closure of the sealing surface.
The main components of a manual globe valve include the valve body, valve bonnet, valve stem, valve disc, sealing surface, stuffing box and handwheel. The valve body is the main part of the globe valve, which is used to accommodate other components and connect to the pipeline system. The valve bonnet plays a role in sealing and protecting internal components. The valve stem connects the handwheel and the valve disc.
