Performance Features
1. Shell
The shell is made of hard aluminum alloy, anodized and polyester powder coated, with strong corrosion resistance, protection grade IP67, and explosion-proof type is available.
2. Motor
The motor is a fully enclosed squirrel cage motor with small size, large torque, small inertia force, insulation grade F, and built-in overheat protection switch to prevent overheating and damage to the motor.
3. Travel limit
Mechanical and electronic dual limit. The mechanical limit screw is adjustable, safe and reliable; the electronic limit switch is controlled by a cam mechanism, and the simple adjustment mechanism can accurately and conveniently set the position without battery support.
4. Stroke sensor
Uses high-precision conductive plastic potentiometer, which can accurately detect the current position of the valve, has high independent linearity, long service life, and does not require battery support.
5. Torque controller
It can realize over-torque protection and adopts mechanical torque controller, which is safe and reliable. Models with output torque of 30kg.m and above are equipped with torque limit switch
6. Transmission mechanism
The precise double worm gear mechanism can efficiently transmit large torque, with high efficiency, low noise (maximum 50 decibels), long life, self-locking function to prevent reverse rotation, stable and reliable transmission part, and is fully filled with high-efficiency grease at the factory, so no refueling is required.
7. Manual parts
The design of the handwheel ensures safety, reliability, labor saving and small size. When the power is off, the clutch handle can be manually operated. When the power is on, the clutch automatically resets. (Note: When the motor is not powered, the electric actuator will remain in a permanent manual state).
8. Opening indicator
Installed on the center axis, the valve position can be observed. The mirror adopts convex lens design, which does not accumulate water and is more convenient for observation.
9. Dryer
It is used to control the temperature, prevent moisture condensation inside the actuator due to temperature and weather changes, and keep the internal electrical components dry.
10. Anti-drop bolts
When removing the outer shell, the bolts are attached to the shell and will not fall off. The external bolts are all made of stainless steel.
11. Installation
The bottom installation dimensions conform to ISO5211 international standards. The drive shaft bushing can be removed and processed as needed, and has strong adaptability. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.
