As we all know: electric actuators and valves, used in automated control systems. There are many kinds of electric actuators, in different ways of movement, such as angle stroke electric actuator is the output corner torque, and the straight stroke electric actuator is the output displacement thrust. The type of electric actuator in the application of the system should be selected according to the work needs of the valve. The valve itself is quite diverse, the use and working principle of various valves are not the same, but in general, the valve is through the rotation valve angle or lift valve plate to control the opening and closing or switching angle. The selection of the electric actuator is to be carried out according to the valve’s opening and closing method.
1, multi-turn electric actuator
The multi-turn electric actuator is also an electric actuator with an output corner twist, the difference between it and the Multi-turn electric actuator is that its output shaft rotates more than 360 degrees. Multi-swing electric actuators are suitable for rotating valves such as gate valves and shut-off valves that can be rotated in multiple turns to complete the opening and closing process.

2, Linear Modulating Electric Actuator
The Linear Modulating Electric Actuator outputs displacement thrust, which is suitable for valve types for valve lift control, such as single-seat and two-seat adjustment valves.

3, Quarter-turn Electric Actuator
The Quarter-turn Electric Actuator is used in conjunction with the rotary valve. The Quarter-turn Electric Actuator output shaft rotation is less than one week, that is, 360 degrees, such as butterfly valve, ball valve, and the valve rotation angle is usually less than 90 degrees, angle stroke electric actuator rotation in the 90-degree position can achieve the valve opening and closing process. The Quarter-turn Electric Actuator is divided into two types of direct-connected electric actuator and base crank-type electric actuator according to the installation interface. The output shaft of the directly connected electric actuator is directly connected to the valve stem, while the base crank electric actuator is connected to the stem by a crank.
