Ther are some features:

1. Over torque protection: The actuator has an over-torque protection measuring mechanism, which can accurately measure the acting force of the valve. When the motor stops, the valve and the actuator will be protected.

2. Motor overheat protection: There is a thermal relay inside the motor, and the motor will automatically cut off the power supply when the motor is abnormally overheat.

3. Electrical protection: The input and output channels are all optically isolated.

4. Limit protection: The valve position is detected by a precision potentiometer, and four independently adjustable cams are installed on the mechanism to to control the upper and lower limit positions of the actuator.

5. Off signal protection: The regulating actuator has a signal detection circuit. If the input or output is disconnected, the actuator can keep its original flavor and run to the fully closed or fully open emergency position.

6. Hand:wheel operation: Drive handwheel provides emergency manual operation in the event of power failure or actuator failure.

7. High torque low inertia motor: Single-phase or three-phase fully enclosed squirrel-cage induction motors with high starting torque, low rotational inertia and small starting current are used.
