Power TransmissionThe actuator adopts a precision reduction drive system composed of high-performance worm and worm gear. The worm is made of alloy steel with high strength, and the worm gear uses wear-resistant bronze alloy to ensure stable transmission and low noise. All transmission parts run in lubricating grease, which effectively improves wear resistance, adapts to wide ambient temperature changes, and extends service life.
Drive MotorThe actuator is equipped with a high-torque, low-inertia motor that provides stable output and fast response. It can reach rated torque quickly after startup, with small overtravel and high positioning accuracy. The motor is built with a temperature protection device to monitor temperature in real time, automatically cutting off power when overheating occurs, effectively preventing burnout and extending service life.
Housing & Anti-CorrosionThe actuator housing is made of high-strength aluminum alloy with precision casting. The surface is treated with professional anti-corrosion coating, which has high adhesion, good UV resistance, excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance. The coating has high fullness and self-cleaning performance, allowing the actuator to work reliably in harsh outdoor and industrial environments.
Terminal BoxThe actuator is equipped with an independent, fully sealed terminal box. It provides convenient wiring space while maintaining good sealing performance, effectively protecting internal electrical components from moisture, dust and external interference, ensuring safe and stable operation.
Output InterfaceThe output flange and connection dimensions conform to international standards such as ISO 5210/5211 and national standards GB/T 12222/12223. It is also compatible with JB/T 2920 standard interface, with strong versatility and interchangeability. Customized interface sizes and structures can be provided according to customer requirements.
Sealing StructureThe actuator adopts a multi-layer sealing structure design with high-performance seals, achieving excellent waterproof and dustproof effects. The standard protection grade is IP67, and higher protection grades can be customized according to application requirements, ensuring reliable operation even in humid and dusty environments.
